Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been processed for dispatch.

Shoonyas follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been delivered and reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs and order details.
