As each piece is individually checked prior to dispatch, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and your order details. Our team will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography. Handcrafted elements, embroidery, and hand-painted details may also feature minor irregularities that are a natural part of artisanal craftsmanship and not considered defects.
