Shoonyas was born over a cup of coffee between two friends, Ankita & Shubha, who shared a common love—sarees. What began as a casual idea soon became a dream we couldn’t stop thinking about. The more we spoke about it, the more we realized that our love for sarees went beyond fashion. For us, a saree is a story, an emotion, a memory, and a celebration of individuality.
Like every new beginning, we started from scratch with no roadmap, just passion, determination, and countless late nights. There were moments of excitement, moments of doubt, and many lessons along the way. But our belief in the idea kept us going.

Why Shoonyas?
The word Shoonya means “zero” or “nothingness”—the point from which everything begins. We chose this name because Shoonyas represents our own journey of starting from zero, with a dream of creating something meaningful and taking it towards infinity. It reminds us that every masterpiece, every story, and every success begins with a single step.
